Congratulations on becoming an Elite Rep for CakeyBums™! We are thrilled to have you as part of our empowering community. Please carefully read and sign the following agreement, outlining the terms and conditions of your participation in the CakeyBums™ Elite Rep Program.

 

Program Details:

• The CakeyBums™ Elite Rep Program is a tier and commission-based program for individuals who support and promote CakeyBums™.
• As an Elite Rep, you will represent CakeyBums™ with integrity, enthusiasm, and positivity in your community and on social media platforms.

 

Requirement Commitment:

• As an Elite Rep, you agree to actively engage with the CakeyBums™ brand by fulfilling the requirements assigned to each tier, promoting our products and empowering messages.

Sales and Commission:

• You will receive a personalized discount code to share with your friends, family, and followers, giving them a 10% discount on their CakeyBums™ purchases.

You will earn commission based on sales made using your discount code, as follows: 

• Tier 2: 5% commission on all apparel items from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website.10% commission on fitness accessories from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website.
• Tier 3: 5% commission on all apparel items from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website. 15% commission on fitness accessories from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website.
• Tier 4: 7% commission on all apparel items from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website. 15% commission on fitness accessories from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website.
• Tier 5: 10% commission on all apparel items from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website. 20% commission on fitness accessories from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website. 30% commission on anyone who buys your fitness program (optional).
• Tier 6: 10% commission on all apparel items from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website. 20% commission on fitness accessories from anyone who uses your code on the CakeyBums™ website.

Commissions will be paid monthly on the 5th of the following month.

 

Exclusive Benefits:

• As you progress through the tiers, you will gain access to exclusive benefits, such as early access to new product launches, invitations to CakeyBums™ events, and opportunities for collaborations.

 

Brand Representation:

• You agree to represent CakeyBums™ in a positive light and maintain a professional and respectful image in all interactions related to the brand.
• You agree to promote CakeyBums™, ICING™ and all other lines associated with CakeyBums™ in a positive light and maintain a professional and respectful image. 

 

Content Creation and Use:

• By participating in the CakeyBums™ Elite Rep Program, you grant CakeyBums™ permission to use any content you create and share as part of the program for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

Confidentiality:

• You agree to keep all program-related information, including discount codes and commission rates, confidential and not share them with any unauthorized parties.

 

Termination:

• CakeyBums™ and the Elite Rep reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time if either party feels the other is not fulfilling their obligations or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

CakeBums Elite Rep Program Requirements

 

Tier 1: Batter Beginner

Requirements:

• Share 2 posts on your social media feed per month showcasing any CakeyBums™ gear and inspiring your followers to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
• Share a weekly IG Story tagging the CakeyBums page.
• Collaborate on an IG post or reel incorporating CakeyBums™ products within the first month of acceptance.

 

Tier 2: Mixing Maven

Requirements:

• Share 2 posts on your social media feed per month showcasing CakeyBums™ gear and inspiring your followers to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
• Share a weekly IG Story tagging the CakeyBums page.
• Participate in a Q&A session on your social media platforms, answering questions about fitness, empowerment, and your CakeyBums™ journey.

 

Tier 3: Oven Olympian

Requirements:

• Share 3 posts on your social media feed per month showcasing CakeyBums™ gear and inspiring your followers to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
• Share 2 weekly IG Stories tagging the CakeyBums page.
• Attend events with CakeyBums/ICING
• Find someone who loves CakeyBums and wants to become an Elite Rep

 

Tier 4: Icing Innovator

Product Exchange Commitment (Choose One):

• Share 2 posts on your social media feed per month showcasing CakeyBums™ gear and inspiring your followers to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
• Share 2 weekly IG Stories tagging the CakeyBums page.
• Attend events with CakeyBums/ICING.
• Sit down with our experts to create your own personalized fitness plan to sell to your followers and earn commission on.
• Help us write a feature blog post for CakeyBums™ about your journey to empowerment and how fitness has played a role for your website feature.
• Model for CakeyBums™ photoshoots and website promotions, showcasing our latest products.
• Representation in CakeyBums™ marketing campaigns and social media.

 

Tier 5: Master Cake Maker

• Share 4 posts on your social media feed per month showcasing CakeyBums™ gear and inspiring your followers to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
• Share 4 weekly IG Stories tagging the CakeyBums page.

• Organize a local fitness meetup or workshop with CakeyBums™ products to inspire and motivate your community.
• Find 3 people who love CakeyBums and want to become Elite Reps
